J. Randolph Liebler

Founding Partner - Creditors' Rights, Construction and Bankruptcy

Mr. Liebler heads the Firm's Creditors' Rights, Construction Litigation and Bankruptcy Groups. He practices in federal and state court, primarily representing institutions, real estate developers, insurers, commercial property owners and national banks.

Mr. Liebler also works in the corporate bankruptcy and workout area, having represented numerous creditors in the restructuring of corporate debt.

Mr. Liebler is a member of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida . He represents clients in complex litigation, including bank fraud and UCC disputes, real property disputes, construction litigation, commercial bank loan litigation, commercial foreclosures, commercial insurance disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, fidelity bonds, receiverships, accountant and attorney malpractice, bankruptcy litigation, and class action litigation.

Mr. Liebler is a member of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Coral Gables.

Born in Coral Gables, Florida on May 13, 1960, Mr. Liebler was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Liebler graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 1982, where he received a Bachelor of Arts. In 1985, he graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree.
