Mr. Kemp-Gerstel is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department. Mr.
Kemp-Gerstel joined the Firm in 2007 and centers his practice on the representation of financial
institutions and other corporate clients and practices extensively in both State and Federal Court.
While attending Vanderbilt University Law School, Mr. Kemp-Gerstel served as a 2005 Summer
Associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur in Naples, Florida and as a 2006 Summer Associate
at Swift Currie McGhee & Heirs in Atlanta, Georgia.
