Mr. Cordano is a partner and practices in the areas of banking, commercial litigation, civil and international litigation, secured lending transations, and bankruptcy. Mr. Cordano represents financial institutions and public and private entities in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in matters involving enforcement of creditor's rights, commercial foreclosures and liability issues.
Mr. Cordano's practice also involves documenting complex commercial and real estate transactions. As part of his practice, Mr. Cordano works closely with the loan workout teams at various financial institutions and assists them with documenting workouts and minimizing unsecured debt exposure.
