Ms. Ferreira joined the Firm in 2008 as an associate and is a member of the Transactional Department. Her practice concentrates on real estate transactions and related matters. She represents banks and other financial institutions in connection with the origination, purchase and sale of commercial real estate loans. She is also involved with loan restructuring and workout/foreclosure alternatives for distressed loans.
Ms. Ferreira has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in construction, permanent, bridge and mezzanine financing transactions, and has also represented banks, institutional investors and developers in various commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and management of office buildings,
apartment complexes, hotels, shopping centers, warehouses and mixed-use properties and
the creation of real estate joint ventures.
