Ms. Fisher joined Liebler, Gonzalez, and Portuondo, P.A. in September, 1999, and concentrates her practice in the area of secured lending and commercial real estate transactions. The firm represents a wide array of financial institutions, including Orion Bank, Bank of America, NA., JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, and Great Florida Bank in connection with the documentation of secured loan transactions. Ms. Fisher has experience serving as lender's counsel in connection with the documentation of acquisition and development loans for commercial real estate projects, including several major development projects for the largest developer in the Florida Keys. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fisher practiced law at Shapo, Freedman, & Bloom, P.A. concentrating on corporate and securities law matters.
