Frank Cuneo concentrates his practice in commercial and securities litigation and bankruptcy. He represents public and private corporations, financial institutions and other business entities in state, federal and bankruptcy courts as well as national securities arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Cuneo is a member of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida . He represents clients in complex litigation, including bank fraud and UCC disputes, real property disputes, securities litigation and arbitrations, commercial bank loan litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, commercial insurance disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and bankruptcy litigation.

Born in Queens, New York on November 19, 1971, Mr. Cuneo was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Cuneo graduated cum laude from Florida International University in 1994, where he received a Bachelor of Arts. In 1997, he graduated cum laude from Florida State University, College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Cuneo is fluent in Spanish.
